Frank Thurman (Jerry Frank) 70, completed his journey to be with his Lord Friday January 20th, 2024. It was a long journey for him but he has peace and rest at last and is now playing with the angels in the Heavenly Band. He loved people, animals, and music. He was a devoted Christian and a great husband, friend, talented musician and teacher and an inspiration for many.
He was born in Morgan County, July 3, 1953. He was a graduate of Falkville High School and an alumnus of the University of Alabama. He was the Manager of AB Stephens Music for over 20 years and the owner of Alabama Outdoor for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis LeMay Thurman of Priceville, mother, Esther Ruth Legg Cottrell of Lacon, stepson, Allen S. Pendleton of Guntersville, AL, stepdaughter, Bethany Hamilton of Falkville, AL and stepson, Wesley (Marie) Workman of Jacksonville, FL., and a number of grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his father Fleetwood Stinson and his stepfather Wilburn Cottrell.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, February 18th at 2pm at Priceville Event Center. All family, friends, and anyone who wishes to attend are welcome. We will be sharing music and memories.
