Frank Owen Hunter, 83 of Houston, entered into rest on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation in Double Springs.
Mr. Hunter was born on January 26, 1938 in Houston, Alabama. Frank loved Alabama football, baseball, and basketball. He also loved joking around and traveling, and most importantly he loved his family.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 10:00am at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Nauvoo, AL. Brother T.J. Milligan will officiate.
The family has requested that everyone in attendance please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara Hunter; daughters, Lisa (Danny) Henderson, Lana (Mike) Sargent, and Amy (Donald) Jones; son, Frankie (Michelle) Hunter; and a host of adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Myrtie Alford Hunter; and daughter, Tammy Hunter.
