Obituary of Frank Nelson Rickman Frank Nelson Rickman, age 90, of Corinth, Mississippi passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Cornerstone Rehabilitation Center surrounded by family and friends. Nelson was born Sunday, November 23, 1932 to the late Frank and Mary Lou Smith Rickman. Mr. Rickman was a lifelong member of Fraley’s Chapel Church Of Christ in Corinth Mississippi. Mr. Rickman also served his country in the United States Army where he received an honorable discharge. He was a 32nd degree mason. Mr. Rickman had a sense of humor and was very talkative while enjoying his favorite breakfast at The Slugburger Cafe with John Marsh and his other friends. He loved basketball and watched numerous games when they were available. Fast cars where a passion as well where he spent many hours drag racing at the Pickwick Drag Strip in Counce, TN.

Mr. Rickman was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Rickman; his parents; two brothers, Billy Dan Rickman and Barry Rickman; and one brother-in-law Guy Young.

Nelson is survived by his daughter, Missy Rickman(Lane Mc Calister); one sister, Gail Young; and one grandchild, Riley Lane Rickman; one special friend Lynn Bingham.

There will be a Celebration of Life Ceremony held in his honor at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, March 18, 2023 beginning at eleven o’clock in the morning. A visitation will be held Friday, March, 17, 2023 beginning at five o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening as well as an hour before service time. Bobby Simmons will officiate the service. Arrangements are under the care of Memorial Funeral Home and staff.
