Frank Heffel, 63, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Heffel; son, Ryan Heffel; daughter, Renee’ Heffel; sister, Monica Hicks; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Weatherly Heights Baptist Church. A memorial service will immediately follow with the Rev. Ellin Jimmerson officiating. (www.laughlinservice.com)

I’m terribly shocked and saddened to hear of Frank’s passing – I was in the Huntsville transplant support group with him, and I can’t tell you what a blessing he was to my husband, and to me during that time – he never failed to check of us regularly – I just tried to email him today and it was returned – that is when I checked and learned of his death – we moved back to TX and we kept in touch by phone then – what a great guy, Frank – tho this is belated, pls know that your family is in our prayers – Frank went through some rough years, and I know that as a loving and supportive family, you and your children went right through those times with him –
