Frank Edward Bell, 66, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday, March 12th.
Mr. Bell retired from the University of Alabama – Huntsville campus as a counselor.
He is survived by his siblings, Patricia D. Mandeville, Timothy Bell (Janice), and Rose Marie Webb (Terry); his partner, David F. Henry; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A private Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
