Frank David Smith, 63, Florence, passed away on Friday, November 01, 2013 at the VA Hospital, Birmingham.
Mr. Smith served his country in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam era. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
The visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 4, 2013 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 with military honors. Bro. Ed Bragwell will be officiating. Burial will be at Riverbend Cemetery, Florence.
He is survived by his sons, James David Smith, Mississippi, Bryan Muse, Florence; siblings, William L. Smith (wife, Areeda), Virginia Skidmore (husband, Charles), all of Russellville; 6 grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Lester & Elsie (Handley) Smith.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
