Mr. Frank B. Moyer, 83, of Scottsboro, passed away, July 13, 2022, at Highlands Medical Center.
Mr. Moyer was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of Randall’s Chapel and he volunteered for the Highlands Auxiliary, here in Scottsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Moyer; daughter Terri Mears; three nephews and one niece.
He is preceded in death by parents, Delos Frank and Hazel Jackson Moyer; brothers, Freeman Moyer, Donnie Moyer and sister, Carol Pilkington.
