IRON CITY, TN — Frances Balentine Whitten, 84, died April 27, 2019. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. April 29th and April 30th 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood. The service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with burial at Railroad Cemetery, Iron City. She was the widow of Bobby Gene Whitten.
