Frances Neill Bell

Frances Neill Bell, 87, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. Mrs. Bell was a native of Tennessee and a resident of Madison County for over 55 years. She was the owner of Commercial Printing Company for 44 years and a member of Presbyterian Church and a graduate of Central H.S. in Shelbyville, TN where she was a majorette. She was also a volunteer at CCI for over 10 years  and was their first volunteer. Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Bell; father, James E. Neill; mother, Gladys Neill; sister; Margaret Neill; and brother, James T. Neill.

Survivors include her daughter, Rita Randolph (Ricky); son, Tony Bell (Farris); sister-in-law, Bonita Bell; granddaughters, Ashley Bell (Nathan); Leslie Bell; and Amanda Parrot (Lincoln);  grandson, Justin Murrah (Jen); great grandsons, Max Murrah; Rowan Murrah and Henry Parrott.

Services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at Trinity Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Susan Parker officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Graveside service will be at Wheel Cemetery at 2:30 PM in Wheel, TN. Memorial donations may be made to the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation; P.O. Box 18428; Huntsville, AL 35428.
