Frances Martha Frick, age 88, Spruce Pine, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 at ECM Hospital.
Mrs. Frick was a retired assembler with Chrysler Auto Manufacturing. She loved being outside, gardening and fishing. She was ready to go when anyone ever mentioned a road trip.
The visitation will 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 20156 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Dempsey Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Reba Phillips (husband, Dennis); grandson, Brian T. Phillips; brother, Roger Carter; and a number of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Frick; parents, Charles & Zady (King) Carter; sisters, Vivian Winchester, Josie Borden; and brothers, Vernon Carter, Marlin Carter, J.R. Carter, and Willard Carter.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
