Frances Marie Biggs Blackburn, age 66, of Portland, died Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at TriStar Medical Center in Portland. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Blackburn was born August 15, 1959 in Russellville, KY to the late Mr. James Boyd Biggs and Mrs. Willie Dean Parks Biggs of Springfield. She worked at Electrolux and was of the Christian Faith.
In addition to her father Mrs. Blackburn is preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth Blackburn, Sr.
In addition to her mother Mrs. Blackburn is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, William Kenneth and Jodi Blackburn, Jr. of Portland and Christopher Gerard Blackburn of Springfield; and grandchildren, Rhonda Marie Blackburn, Cheyenne Blackburn and Kenneth Paul Blackburn.
