Frances Juell “Judy” Whitt, 90, died Oct. 2, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Athens, with visitation one hour prior to the service. A graveside and committal service will follow at Athens City Cemetery. McConnell Funeral Home is assisting the family.
