Mrs. Frances H. Keeney, 88, died August 10, 2013. Funeral mass will be August 15, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church. Visitation will be August 14, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband, Joe Keeney.
