Frances “Fran” Gay , 73, resident of the Falkner Community and beloved wife of Jim Gay, passed away on Friday May 11, 2018, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Ripley Funeral Home .
