Frances W. Burgess, 103, died June 6, 2020. Visitation will be today from 12 to 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home with service to follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her son, Jimmy P. Burgess.
