Floyd is survived by his wife Stephanie Franklin, daughter; Carly M. Franklin, step-daughter; Elizabeth A. Foret, son; Christopher Franklin (Amy), grandchildren; Deryn, Justin and Rebecca Franklin, sister; Renee Weaver.
Floyd is preceded in death by his parents; Floyd J. and Lydia I. Franklin.
