Floyd Huston Brown, 77, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Southern Magnolia Estates in Iuka. Beloved husband, father, and brother, Mr. Brown was born in Cherokee, Alabama, in 1935 to Blanch and William Brown. He retired in 1989 after spending most of his working career with General Motors. He enjoyed living a peaceful life on the lake boating and fishing, being outdoors, and gardening. Visitation is scheduled for 3:00 until 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 15, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 16, at Eastport Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Ron Norvell. Interment will follow in Eastport Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his five children, David Williams, Nancy Pollard, Jennifer Williams, Lavinia Jackson, and Belinda Brown; two brothers, Ernie Brown and Michael Brown; six sisters, Pearl Yarber, Janette Maxwell, Joyce Sampson, Wanda Moxley, Debbie Brown, and Sheree Kay; twelve grandchildren; and thirteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Audrey Brown; a sister, Fern Holland; and a brother, Buddy Brown.
