Mr. Floyd “Buddy” E. Rushing Jr. passed away Wednesday March 1, 2017 at NHC Healthcare Scott after an extended illness. A native of Lawrence Co, TN. A Retired Educator, an Army Veteran, Graduate if the University of Tennessee and taught Vocational Agriculture at Loretto High School and Lawrence County High School, Director of Lawrence County Vocational programs, and a member of Leoma Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be Saturday march 4, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel with David Simmerman and Arnold Brown officiating. Graviside Srvice will be Sunday March 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Leoma Cemetery with Military Honors at Graveside. Visitation will be Saturday March 4, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
