Britteny Leeann Carroll
FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued a press release concerning the arrest of a female on Child Abuse charges stemming from an arrest that was made in 2021:
“Britteny Leeann Carroll, of Florence, was arrested on a Grand Jury inditement stemming from a domestic violence incident that occurred in April of 2021, where she was arrested.
Carroll had three children and they were removed from her custody bythe Department of Human Resources. The children were forensically interviewed, and they disclosed further child abuse.
The case was presented to the Lauderdale County Grand Jury and an inditement was issued. Carroll was arrested yesterday and is currently being held on a $30,000 bond.
