FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department has asked for the public’s help with any information on an armed robbery that took place on Thursday, September 22:
“At 11p last night officers from the Florence Police Department responded to 1275 Hermitage Drive to a reported assault. Upon arrival officers located a male victim who stated that he had been robbed inside an apartment. The victim stated that a masked man approached him and stole money (totaling $400.00) from his person. The victim received minor injuries that did not require medical attention. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact FPD at 256-760-6610 or text a tip to 274637 using keyword FPDTIP plus their message.”
