FLORENCE-Florence Police Arrest Two in Separate Burglary Cases. Here is the police report.
Florence Police Detectives have arrested two local men and charged them with various
crimes related to two separate burglary cases.
James Larry Kelley, Jr., 47, of Florence was arrested after DNA evidence linked him to the Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in February of this year in the parking lot of Applebee’s Restaurant in Florence. Kelley was arrested late last night and charged with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle, Felony Theft, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
In a separate case Jeffery Allan Albertson, 48, of Tuscumbia has been charged with Burglary to a Business and Theft. Shortly after 2am this morning Florence Patrol Officers responded to a Burglary at the Dollar General on Huntsville Road in Florence. Video from the scene was used to identify Albertson as a person of interest in the case. Patrol Officers and Investigators located Albertson early this morning and he was charged after speaking with Detectives.
Both Albertson and Kelley are currently being held in the LCDC.
