FLORENCE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of Florence man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:45 a.m. Saturday, August 15, has claimed the life of a Florence man.
Tristan W. Lash, 26, was fatally injured when the 2024 Nissan Altima he was driving left the roadway and struck two trees. Lash was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Lauderdale County 139 near Lauderdale County 11, approximately six miles northwest of Florence, in Lauderdale County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
