FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department released a statement concerning a Domestic Abuse charge and Burglary 1 that occurred on Sunday, April 15:

“Domingo Grillasca was arrested from Burglary 1^st and Domestic Violence Assault after he entered a residence where his wife was staying and assaulted her. He did not have permission to enter the residence and he had to force his way in by kicking in the door. Mr Grillasca is in the Lauderdale County Detention Center charged with Burglary 1^st and Domestic Violence 3^rd Assault. He has a $51,000.00 bond.

This occur in the 1000 block of Veterans Dr. The victim was treated at ECM and was released.”
