Jeffrey Albertson Arrested
FLORENCE – Florence Police report that a Tuscumbia man keeps finding his way back to jail.

Local Man Arrested On Burglary Charges 5 Days After Posting Bond On Similar Charges; Jeffery Allan Albertson, 48, of Tuscumbia was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with Burglary, Theft, and Drug Offenses. Florence Police Officers responded to an alarm call at Shan’s Convenient Store located on Huntsville Road shortly after 1:30 am Sunday morning. As officers arrived they noticed broken glass in the front of the store. Officer Josh Hein responded to the area and located Albertson a short distance from the store. Their investigation developed evidence leading to charges being filed.
This arrest comes only 10 days after Albertson was arrested on similar charges for Burglary and Theft. Albertson was arrested on 09-26-13 and charged with burglarizing the Dollar General on Huntsville Road. He posted bond and was released from custody on 10-01-13.
Albertson is currently being held in the LCDC charges with Burglary 3rd, Theft 3rd, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
