Florence L. Mobley, 93, died Friday, December 1, 2017 at Tishomingo Manor, Iuka, MS. She was born November 22, 1924 in Minnesota and was a postal clerk for thirty years.
Services will be Sunday, December 3, 3 p.m. at Atwood Baptist Church, Vina, AL with Bro. Jerry George officiating. Burial will be in Atwood Cemetery, Vina, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are one son – Nathan Mobley and wife, Catherine Mobley, Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren – Jared George and wife, Chasity George, David George and wife, Brianna George, Stephen George and wife, Julie George and Nathan George and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mobley and a daughter, Barbara George.
Pallbearers will be Mike Hellums, Glen Gober, Jared George, David George, Stephen George and Nathan George. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Moomaw, Brian Moomaw, Robert Moomaw, Randy Hester and Alton Hester.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 3, 1-3 p.m. at Atwood Baptist Church, Vina, AL.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity.
