FLORENCE — Florence City Schools (FCS) will host its annual job fair on Thursday, March 23, 2023. The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Central Office auditorium at 541 Riverview Drive, next door to the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum House.
The job fair is open to education professionals, recent or upcoming education graduates, and support job seekers. The Florence City Board of Education is seeking elementary and secondary certified teaching staff and custodians. Attendees should pre-register and prepare for possible on-site interviews.
According to the 2023 Niche Best Schools and Districts rankings, FCS was named the best district to teach in Alabama. Additional rankings included number five for the best teachers in Alabama and the seventh-best district in Alabama.
