Mrs. Floella Rogers Muse, age 78, of Muscle Shoals, died Friday, May 30, 2014. Visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2014, at Colbert Memorial Chapel from 12-2 pm. Bro. Thomas McDowell will officiate the service beginning at 2pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Florence City Cemetery.
She was a charter member of the Muscle Shoals First United Methodist Church. She worked at H&R Block and R&D Trucking for many years. She was also a member of NAMI. She loved her family especially her great grandchild, Matthew.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Rogers; brothers, Bill and Harvey Rogers, and sister Carolyn McCaleb.
She is survived by her husband of 62 wonderful years, Bobby G. Muse, Sr.; children, Bobby G. Muse, Jr., and Jennifer Leigh Muse; grandchildren, Chadd Marlin Hamm, Craig Matthew Hamm, Jonathan Adam Muse and Kristen Muse Sloan; and great grandchild, Matthew Tyler Hamm.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Conn, Chuck Lawler, James Rich, Edward Parker, Chadd Hamm, Craig Hamm. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chris Cabaniss, Clyde Danley, and Steve Beyke.
The family gives a special thanks to the ICU nurses of Huntsville Hospital for their loving care.
