FLORENCE-On Friday, June 7 Finger Promise Nails & Spa held their grand opening. This is the second business for the Chen family in the Seven Point Shopping Center in Florence they also own and operate the Rice Box.
Friends and family were on hand to help celebrate the grand opening and the Shoals Chamber help with the celebration by sponsoring a ribbon cutting for their newest member!
