Fern Plylar. 86, of Russellville passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, at her residence after a lengthy illness.
She lived all of her life in Russellville and was a member of Isbell Methodist Church of Russellville. She retired from the Drug Shop, also of Russellville.
Visitation will be today, Dec. 13, 2016, from noon to 1 p.m. Services will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Officiating will be Rev. Michael Cole. Burial will follow in Allen McRight Cemetery, Russellville.
She is survived by her son, Thomas E. Plylar and wife, Margie, as well as one grandchild, one great- grandchild, and two great- great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Ruth Bolton and Doris Lane; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Plylar was preceded in death by her husband, Travis E. Plylar; parents, Orda and Mable Allen Porter; three brothers, Allen, Otis and Donnie Porter; an infant sister and one granddaughter, Jamie Beth Plylar.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, will be assisting the family.
