Funeral Service for Faynell Frances Hale Powell, 91 of Saginaw Michigan formerly of Cullman will be Friday January 25, 2019 at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Garrison officiating with burial in Powell’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Powell was born September 12, 1927 in Cullman County, AL to Jette Hale and Ella Littrell Hale. She was a Member of Powell’s Chapel Church. Faynell moved to Michigan with her husband and some of his family for her husband to find work and have lived there for many years. Preceded in death by Husband, Emmitt William Powell, Daughter, Patsy Ann Powell, 6 Brothers, Titus Leather Hale, Franklin Hale, Lelton Hale, Billy Joe Hale, Harold Hale, Jerry Wayne Hale. 6 Sisters, Ventia Hale, Lois Hale, Voncell (Frank) Higdon, Vondalee (David) Powell, Hazel (Curtis) Chaney, Margie Winn.
