Faye Evans Green Brown was surrounded by family as she passed in to the arms of Jesus on January 20, 2023. Mrs. Green was born on February 24, 1934 in Fort Payne to the late Hoyt Andrew and Elva Fugate Evans.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Highfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Loveless Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday beginning at 12:00 noon until the 2:00pm hour of service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her daughters, Janice Jeter (Dan), Linda Schiesser (Johnny) and Renae Parks (Rick); grandchildren, Chris Jeter (Shelley), Kelley Lowery, Scott Jeter (Kara), John Schiesser (Cindy), Michael Hampstead, and Jennifer Bateman; 11 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence P Green; brothers, Roland Evans, Herbert Evans, and Kenneth Evans; sister, Edna Milling; and grandsons Matthew and Striker.
