Fay Williams Otts, age 88, of Sulligent, AL, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 3:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Bro. Danny Hollis and Bro. Charles Wharton to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 2:00pm until 3:00pm.

Fay was born on January 18, 1938 to the late Albert Williams and the late Mary McClendon Williams. She attended Sulligent High School. Fay was previously employed at Glenn Enterprises and worked in the restaurant business. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church where she was the oldest member. Fay enjoyed watching the Gaither’s and game shows, embroidering, quilting, and playing solitaire. She truly loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Fay had a beautiful spirit and an unconditional loving heart that will forever be cherished by all those who loved and knew her.
