Fay L. “Jack” Taylor, 86, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Belmont United Methodist Church. The service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in Belmont City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi, is directing.
