Funeral for Ms. Fannie Clark of Caddo will be Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 2:00 pm, at Parkway Funeral Home with Greg Standridge officiating. Burial will in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Fannie Mae passed away quietly at her home August 20, 2022. She was born in Caddo on April 28, 1927. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Lawson Clark, companion Quincy Standridge. Son Marlon Clark, Parents Joseph “Buddy” and Della McDougle Hames. Brothers Orman and Tony Hames, Sister Elnora Hames. Grandparents W.O. and Alice Sheats Hames, Great grandparents Charles Clem and Eliza Hames. And a host of family and friends whom she dearly loved.
Survived by Son, Darwin Clark (Laura), Grandson Jonathan Clark (Rebekah), Granddaughter Andrea Clark, Great Granddaughter Bethany Gillespie. Nieces Phyliss Brock and Daphene Hood. Nephews Billy Hames, Mark Hames, Greg Randolph.
She was retired from Encino Shirt Factory, and Community Action. She was a life long member of Caddo Congregational Church. Fannie Mae enjoyed spending time with her family, pets, and tending to her flowers.
Pall bearers will be Randy Dutton, Garod Hargett, Marshall Tucker, Jason Jones, Ricky White, Billy Hames, Greg Randolph, Zack Randolph, Zane Brock. Honorary Robbie Brock.
The family would like thank Dr. Lindsay Smith, Southern Care Hospice, Greg’s Ambulance, and Caddo-Midway Fire & Rescue for all their assistance and care.
