F. D. Dillon was born February 28, 1934 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late James Robert and Ora Cordelia Robertson Dillon.
Mr. Dillon was a member of the Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church in Selmer, TN, a self employed Logger and served in the U.S. Army.
He departed this life on October 27, 2014 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 7 Months, 29 Days.
Mr. Dillon is survived by two daughters, Glenda Faye McIngvale of Ramer, TN and Patricia Ann Hensley of Camden, TN; two sons, Robert Dillon of Ramer, TN and Larry Franklin Dillon of Selmer, TN; a sister, Ethel Lowrance of Selmer, TN; a brother, Sam Dillon of Lawrenceburg, TN; 5 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Dillon was preceded in death by a son, Franklin Fitzgerald Dillon; three sisters: Nova Nelson, Nelda Dillon and Glenda Dillon; two brothers, Lonnie “Bill” Dillon, Bobby Dillon.
