Mr. Everett Plumlee Jr. passed away on July 4, 2019. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 11 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2019 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Wilson County Memorial. Pallbearers: Johnny Plumlee, Darin Plumlee, Austin Plumlee, Harold Brooks, Josh Brooks, and Ron Bates. Honorary Pallbearers: Buddies from the Liar’s Table at Elaine’s Restaurant, Gerald Hargis, Hank and Elaine Hulse, and L.E. and Ruth Speck.
Mr. Plumlee was a roofing and sheet metal installer and a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ. He loved fishing, hunting, and the Atlanta Braves. He is survived by sons: Ronnie (Paulette) Plumlee and Ricky (Sandra) Plumlee; grandchildren: Stefanie (Jared) Perkins, Leslie Plumlee Sadler, Kevin (Amy) Plumlee, Donita Doak, Lynn (Christy) Swallow; brothers: John (Gladys) Plumlee and Dallas (Lillian) Plumlee; sister-in-law: Sammie Plumlee; 10 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and his faithful companion Lucky. He is preceded in death by wife of 63 years, Ernestine Hollis Plumlee, and brothers Edward Plumlee and Gene Plumlee. Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, 615.444.9393.
