Memorial services for Mr. Everett Ison, age 84, are scheduled for 2 PM, Friday, May 18, 2018 at House of Prayer in Jacks Creek with Bro. Mike Cothren officiating. Mr. Ison passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in Jackson. He was born February 15, 1934 in Kentucky to the late Charlie D. and Mary Riddle Ison. He was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War and retired from shipping and receiving at Columbus McKinnon. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ike, Don, Marvin, Bruce, and Herb Ison and two sisters, Mattie Mosley and Sue Ison. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Cathy Ison; two sons, Dean Ison (Cindy) and Christopher Ison (Kristi); two daughters, Crissy Bolena (Brian) and Dana Freeman (Bobby); one brother, Cliff Ison (Jennifer); eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
