Ms. Evelyn Rae Gatlin, age 73 of Madison, AL passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at her home. Ms. Gatlin was born on October 10, 1946 in Limestone County to William Grady Adams and Thelma Clara Pitts Adams.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Byron Lynn Gatlin; 7 brothers and 3 sisters.
Ms. Gatlin is survived by her sons, Johnny Wayne Gatlin, Billy Eugene Gatlin and Stacy Glenn Gatlin; grandchildren, John Gatlin, Leslie Gatlin, Brandi Gatlin, Hannah Gatlin and Parker Gatlin; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Esther Barnett (Richard) and Ruby Haggermaker; brother, James Adams (Lena).
Services for Ms. Gatlin will be at 1:00PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with John Bryson officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:50 prior to the service. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
