Evelyn DeRamus of Harvest, AL went to be with the Lord on Monday. She is survived by Her 100 year old sister Maudie Bice; Daughter Claudia Simpkins of Harvest AL, and her son Henry DeRamus of Kennasaw GA; 4 Grandchildren; Jennifer Duncan(Bryan), Michael Simpkins(Heather), Danielle Biddy(Matt) and Amelia DeRamus. 4 Great grandchildren Wednesday Duncan, Blade Duncan, Serenity Jackson and Cole Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Raymond DeRamus.
Family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm on Friday at Madison Chapel with A Celebration of Life Service following at 1pm. Graveside Services will be held at the Jones Baptist Church in Jones, AL on Saturday at 2pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center 1314 Shocco Springs Road Talladega, AL 35160.
