Eva Renee Foster, age 71 of Haleyville, passed away March 31, 2026 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. She was born October 28, 1954 to Earl and Dorris Johnson. Visitation will be Saturday, April 4, 2026 from noon until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Brother Gary Wakefield will officiate. Eva is survived by her husband, James Foster; sons, James R. (Tonya) Edwards Jr., Teddy (Andrea) Foster, and Jimmy Foster; grandchildren, Christian Brody Edwards, James Noah Edwards, Grayson Foster, Emma Jo Foster, Andrew Foster, Mason Foster and Annaneshia Foster; and sisters, Brenda (Donnie) Slattery and Beth Wright.
