Eva Joy Byrd, age72, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Bexar, Alabama on Tuesday, July 12, 1949 to Quim Hood and Fleeta Palmer Hood..
Visitation will be 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, November 02, 2021 at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Bro. Ric Chamber officiating and burial at Palmer Cemetery .
She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Kevin Byrd; parents, Quim and Fleeta Hood; siblings, Lola Kilgore, Ola Ree Keller, Johnie Rae Hood
She leaves to cherish her memories her son, Charles Rodney Byrd, sisters, Ona Cantrell, Ova Peeples, Margin Glenn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
