Funeral services for Mrs. Eula Mae Heath, age 89 of Lineville, will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith Christian Fellowship with Bro. David Holcombe officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Heath passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 in Lineville. A native of Clay County, she worked in Textiles at West Point Pepperell in Lanett for 20 years. She attended Faith Christian Fellowship. She loved attending church and loved her family. She also liked gardening, canning, collecting porcelain dolls, entertaining and hosting parties; as well as going to thrift stores and yard sales. She always offered you food when you stepped into her house.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Heath of Ashland; two daughters: Shirley Thrift of Ashland and Betty Pozo (Guillermo) of Lineville; one son, Jackie Heath of Ashland; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Albert Baker and Easter Elizabeth Duke Baker; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two sisters, and seven brothers.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville.
