Mrs. Eugenia Renae Baldwyn Hazel, 59, died Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. She was born July 15, 1967 in Tupelo to Eugene and Jane McKissack Baldwyn. She grew up in the Tupelo area and attended Shannon High School. She was a sales agent in the insurance industry. She loved spending time with her family.
A graveside service will be at 4 PM, Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Jones Chapel Cemetery in Nettleton. Visitation will be from 3 PM – 4 PM, Saturday at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Billy Ray Hazel of Union; sons Skyler Witcher (Madison Brown Witcher) of Oxford, and Dillon Hazel of Union, and daughter Emily Witcher of Union; brothers, Gary Baldwyn and Robert Baldwyn, both of Nettleton; grandchild Barrett Ross Witcher, and granddog, Puppy Witcher. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Susan Michelle Cayson.
