Etta Ruth Francis “Tootsie” Griggs, age 85 of Hendersonville, TN passed away April 5, 2021. Preceded in death by husband, Johnnie Griggs, Jr. and sons, Michael and Bradley Griggs; parents, James M. and Hattie Mae Burns Pewitt and all her siblings. Survived by her adopted son, Cory McClellan; niece, Nona Yates; grandchildren, Johnnie Mae Griggs, III and Matthew Griggs. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to The Wounded Blue Foundation.
