Funeral services for Mrs. , age, 92, are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Monday August 18, 2014 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery. Mrs. Ethel passed away Friday, August 15, 2014 in Jackson, TN. She was born January 9, 1922 in Madison County to the late Charlie Sherman Eubanks and Maudie Lindsey Eubanks. She was employed at Salant & Salant for 20 years, at Bailey Market for 5 years, and at Wal-Mart for 33 years. She was a member at First Baptist Church in Lexington and frequently visited Palestine Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Raymond Taylor Bailey, two brothers; Joseph Eubanks and Otha Eubanks, and two sisters; Ruby King and Clara Rhodes. Survivors include her two sons Charles (Mary Frances) Bailey, Jeffrey (Allison) Bailey, two daughters; Barbara McCoy (Jack) and Jane (late Jerry Morris), 5 grandchildren; Susan Kennon, Bryant Bailey, Rodney Carrington, Paige McLeod, and Catherine Slate, 8 great grandchildren; Taylor Brittain, Cole Kennon, Nicole Williams, Brandon Bailey, Brooklyn Bailey, Katherine Carrington, Graham Carrington, and James Slate, and one great-great grandchild, Zayden Williams.
