Mrs. Esther Mae Ridgeway, age 92, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her home in Decatur.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, October 6, 2015 from Adams Brown Service Funeral Home Chapel with Brian White and her great-grandson, Larry McCutcheon officiating. David Cofield, Jeff McCutcheon, Nikia Carr, Justice Cofield, Dell Yarbrough and Chris Patterson serving as pallbearers. Entombment will follow in the Rainbow Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Attalla. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Ridgeway is survived by her daughters, Sue Cofield Franklin (John) and Helen Houston; special daughter, Glendia Barber; grandchildren, Glenda Kaye Houston, Dana Cofield McCutcheon (Jeff), Ginger Cofield Carr (Nikia) and David Cofield (Vanessa); 10 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. O.J. Ridgeway; son, Don Ridgeway; beloved son-in-law, Larry Cofield; parents, Minitt and Suzy Moore; five sisters and three brothers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Southern Care Hospice of Decatur or American Diabetes Association.
