Mrs. Esther Katherine Pilgrim, age 90 of Horton, passed away Thursday October 25, 2018, at Shepherds Cove Hospice.
Visitation will be Sunday October 28, 2018, at Welcome Home Methodist Church, in Douglas, at 2:00pm until 3:30pm. Funeral service will begin at 3:30pm with Bro. Clay Spears and Bro. Chris Claiborne officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas Cemetery.
Mrs. Pilgrim is survived by 3 granddaughters; 4 grandsons; 5 great-granddaughters; 7 great-grandsons; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends that last longer than a lifetime.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James T. Pilgrim; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Murray; and grandson, Donnie Newborn.
