Esterlene Solomon Steelman, 87, of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014. Visitation will be held at Colbert Memorial Chapel on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, from noon-2 p.m. with the service beginning at 2 p.m., with burial to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Matt Fowler will be officiating. She was a devoted member of Grace Life Church of Muscle Shoals.
Mrs. Steelman was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Steelman, and her son, Jimmy Dale Steelman.
She is survived by her son, Ron Steelman (Jennifer), of Gallion, Ala.; daughter, Peggy Walker, of Madison, Ala.; grandchildren, Lynne Tomlin, of Birmingham, Todd Steelman (Melanie), of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Kristin Gilley (Josh), of Dothan, Ala.; great-grandchildren, Karsen Gildea, Michael Steelman, Natalie Steelman, and Greyson Gilley; and a host of loving sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
