Estelle McMullins Brooks age 102 of Athens, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017 at Limestone Health Facility. Mrs. Brooks was born April 21, 1915 in Limestone County, AL to Dea McMullins and Myrtle Thompson McMullins.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017 1:30 p.m., at Roselawn Cemetery with Greg Balch officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brooks was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survived by five daughters, Virginia Wright of Athens, Billie Meadows of Lester, AL, Patricia Holt, Gayle Jackson and Tammy Balch all of Athens; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Keith Balch, Freddy Wright, Kevin Greehaw, Ryan Murphy, Greg Balch and James Thornton.
