Estelle Hargrove Brown age 93 of Athens, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 at River City Center in Decatur, AL. Mrs. Brown was born June 7, 1921 in Limestone County, AL to James Berry Hargrove and Myrtle Steelman Hargrove.
Services will be Sunday, December 14, 2014 1:30 p.m., at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Ryan Black officiating. Visitation will be at the church Sunday, 12:30 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Sardis Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survived by one son, Larry Brown and wife, Julie of Athens; four grandchildren, Russell Lee Brown and wife, Sarah of Austin, TX, Michael Wayne Brown and wife, Carissa of Roswell, GA, Logan Walton Brown and Ruth-Anne Brown both of Las Vegas, NV; three great-grandchildren, Kalai Brown, Alythia Brown and Taranto Brown; two sisters, Velma Batts of Athens and Lorene Brown of Decatur, AL.
Pallbearers will be family.
